Some of my friends in Silicon Valley have taken some insights from a recent conference on crowdsourcing for social impact and have converted it into action. They have launched an effort at CauseBrigade.org are trying to find companies, large or small, who are interested in low cost crowdsourcing of work–work that they will give to people who are seriously disadvantaged. Imagine putting people in refugee camps to work!
